Rajesh Kumar Shakya

I am Rajesh Shakya, a Special Educator with 8 years of experience working with children with diverse learning needs and developmental challenges. I have experience working with children aged 2 to 15 years, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioral challenges. My educational philosophy is based on creating an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environment where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. I believe that every child learns differently and deserves individualized attention and teaching strategies tailored to their unique strengths and needs. Over the years, I have helped students develop academic, social, and life skills while building their confidence and independence. Seeing the progress and growth of my students and supporting their families throughout their journey continues to inspire and motivate me in my profession.
