How we verify every therapist
Before a therapist appears on SuperAble, we check the same things every time. Here's exactly what that involves.
Profile & professional details
Every therapist provides their name, contact details, city, qualification, years of experience, and specialisations during onboarding — this is required before a profile can be submitted for review.
Certification documents
Therapists must upload at least one certification document supporting their professional qualification. Our team reviews these before a profile can go live.
Identity confirmation
Therapists can provide a government-issued ID to help confirm their identity. This is reviewed by our team when submitted, alongside the rest of their profile.
Manual admin review
Every single profile is manually reviewed by our team before it becomes visible to parents on the marketplace. We can also hide a profile or ask a therapist for more information at any time after approval.
What this doesn't mean — verification confirms the information a therapist has submitted was reviewed by our team; it isn't a guarantee of clinical outcomes. Parents should still use their own judgement when choosing a therapist for their child.
